Return eligibility

1:You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the item

2:The product must remain in brand new, unworn, and undamaged condition, with all original tags, certificates, accessories, and packaging (including gift boxes and dust bags) intact

3:Due to hygiene reasons, earrings, body piercing jewelry, and customized items (such as engraved items) are generally not eligible for return unless there is a quality defect

Return Process

Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team first via [Your Customer Service Email] and provide your order number and reason for return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Returning the product: Please pack the product securely (we recommend using the original packaging) and return it along with the RMA number to the address we provide. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping service. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and any risks associated with the shipment

Inspection and Refunds: After we receive your return and verify that the item is in satisfactory condition, we will initiate the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or payment platform to process the refund

Exchange/Return

If you wish to exchange for a different size or style, please follow the return process described above first, and then place a new order for your desired item

Defective or damaged goods

If the product you received has manufacturing defects or is damaged during shipping:

Please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing your order number and clear photo/video evidence

After verification, we will cover the shipping costs and arrange a free replacement or refund for you

Please note that natural gemstones exhibit unique textures, inclusions, and color variations, which are inherent natural characteristics and should not be considered defects

Cancel order

If your order has not yet been marked as “shipped,” you can contact us to cancel it. Once it has been shipped, you will need to follow the normal return process

Please note the following special circumstances:

Customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable: Jewelry that has been engraved, personalized, or resized is generally not eligible for return
